Shipping Policy

Refund Policy
We strive to give the best results with our products. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept or exchange or return of open or used products or delivered. We are not responsible for any damage cause after delivery.
In case any problem or quality issues with the produce we will exchange the product. All you need do is email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at our email address at lacarter01@hotmail.com.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to the following terms.
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Diamondlux. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. Shipping changes would not in included in the refund value of your order as these are non refundable charges. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7 -21 days.
No refund shall be made once goods are sold.
All products once purchased have are non refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for exchange within 6 days from the date of product delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

Products are for external use. Despite pure and natural nature of our products, some peoe react or allergic to entirely natural sibstance. Whilst allergic reaction are extremely rare and unexpected, Diamondlux cannot be responsible for allergies to products or resultant aliments if any.
